Synderela Peng, Art Director, yU+Co

Synderela Peng is the Art Director for yU+co, Hollywood, CA. Established by Garson Yu in 1998, yU+co. has designed film titles for more than 100 feature films. Synderela most recently worked on the Stereoscopic 3D animated title sequence for the hit film “Yogi Bear.” Other recent projects of hers include title sequences for “Hot Tub Time Machine,” “Race to Witch Mountain,” “Shrek Forever After 3D,” “Enchanted,” “Gamer,” as well as numerous broadcast network projects including ABC, HBO and Showtime. This week, we talk with her to learn her secrets of working in 3D.

Alfred Holighaus, Managing Director, German Film Academy

Alfred Holighaus is the managing director of the German Film Academy, which is the German equivalent of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. LOLA is the German version of the American Oscar. We spoke with him last week and what he had to say was so interesting, we invited him back this week so we can learn more.

Ricardo Martinez, Director

Ricardo Martinez is a filmmaker, an editor, and a motion graphics designer. He’s just finished his first feature documentary film, The Wall, a documentary about the building of a fence on the Mexican border. It is now in festival screenings where it is winning awards.
